Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 50-70 years old; 2) ASA grading I-III; 3)BMI 18-30kg/m2; 4) Laparoscopic unilateral partial renal resection surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery; 2) expected length of hospital stay 140mmHg or DP>90mmHg); 8) Intraoperative blood pressure instability requires high-dose vasoactive drugs or blood transfusion; 9) Renal artery occlusion time > 30min during partial nephrectomy.
