Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Laparoscopic hernia repair under elective general anesthesia; (2) No cognitive impairment before operation: Simple mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) >18 points; ? Patients with no speech and hearing impairment who can cooperate with the completion of the experiment; ?ASA classification I-III; ? Age 65-89 years; ? The operation time is expected to be less than 3h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have drug allergy symptoms or history of anesthesia drug allergy; (2) Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, intracranial hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases; (3) Have a mental illness or family history of mental illness; Patients expected to be admitted to ICU after surgery; ? Patients with glaucoma or eye trauma; ? Liver and kidney function damage.
