Interventions

intervention group:Take a portion of cheese yogurt one hour after lunch every day for 28 days
control group:As a blank control, no intervention measures will be given, and the consumption of any probiotics, prebiotics, and other fermented milk will be restricted throughout the entire experimen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-44 year; 2.17.0=BMI=28.0; 3. The following conditions are met: (1) Poor sleep quality; (2)Anxiety and depression risk; (3) Intestinal sub health status; 4. Willing to take probiotics and cooperate with stool collection, questionnaire and physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have recently taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or have long-term habits of taking other yogurt that affect the test results; 2. Those with organic diseases, such as heart disease, liver cirrhosis, etc.; 3. Those who have mental disorders; 4. Diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level with chronic non-communicable diseases, such as hypertension, gout, diabetes, etc.; 5. Patients diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level with allergic diseases such as drug allergy, food allergy, rhinitis, etc., or those with a history of allergic diseases; 6. Have a history of gastrointestinal surgery.
