60 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?age = 60 years; ?at high risk of falling (as determined by a self-constructed and validated fall risk prediction model); ? living in a nursing home for more than 1 month; ?verbal ability to communicate; ?are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?People with severe mental illness; ?Deaf, mute, communication disorders, etc. who are unable to communicate normally; ?Have a terminal illness or severe physical symptoms that prevent them from participating; ?People with contraindications to exercise (e.g., unstable angina, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.); ?Elderly people who are unable to walk with auxiliary support or who are completely bedridden.
