18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative B-ultrasound diagnosis of cholecystitis, gallstones, or gallbladder protrusion lesions; (2) No trauma or infection at the puncture site; (3) Normal coagulation function; (4) ASA I-III, age 18–65 years old; (5) obtaining informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Concomitant with other serious liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Coagulation disorders or other contraindications to puncture; (3) Individuals who are allergic to anesthetic drugs or local anesthetic intoxation; (4) Infected person with nerve block site; (5) The patient refused to continue participating in the study midway.
