Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years with cirrhosis and portal hypertension 2. To evaluate the efficacy of drugs for primary and secondary prevention of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding 3. To predict the bleeding risk of esophageal and gastric varices and to guide the selection of treatment 4. To predict the risk, progression and clinical prognosis of decompensation events in cirrhosis 5. Evaluate the efficacy of related new drugs 6. Evaluate the accuracy of the relevant non-innovative technology 7. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of portal hypertension types
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Child-Pugh classification of liver function >B 2. Abdominal water volume >1000ml/ Platelet 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT>2 times the upper limit of normal). Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/ Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accidents 6. Suffering from serious organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke 7. Suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS 8. There is a mental illness, communication barriers and no capacity for civil conduct
