Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age; (2) Transferred to ICU after undergoing cardiac surgery; (3) ICU treatment time is greater than or equal to 24 hours; (4) Clear consciousness and normal language communication ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with metabolic diseases or chronic wasting diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, malignant tumors, etc.; (2) There are definite peripheral nervous system dysfunction diseases in the past, such as myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc. (3) combined with mental disorders; (4) Limb movement disorder. (5) Patients who are allergic to levosimendan or any other excipients; (6) Mechanical obstructive diseases that significantly affect ventricular filling or/and ejection function; (7) Patients with severe functional impairment of liver and kidney (creatinine clearance less than 30ml/min); (8) Patients with severe hypotension and tachycardia; (9) Patients with a history of tip torsion ventricular TdP. (9) ICU stay time less than 24 hours; (10) Unable to cooperate with muscle strength assessment when transferred out of ICU; (11) Death
