Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) NSCLC patients eligible for thoracoscopic left/right upper lobectomy according to NCCN guidelines for lung cancer and exclusion of contraindications; (2) Age 1.5L or up to 5 flights of stairs after climbing test; (6) Preoperative ASA score I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative chest CT indicated lymph node enlargement in group 9, with no exception of metastasis; (2) Concurrent with other lung lobe nodules on the same side, other lung lobe operations should be performed simultaneously; (3) History of thoracic surgery (including intrathoracic surgery only, excluding body surface surgery such as mastectomy); (4) Preoperative history of chronic cough; (5) Preoperative history of pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, COPD, asthma and other lung-related diseases; (6) A history of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within the past 3 months; (7) Have a history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within the past 3 months; (8) Intraoperative conversion to thoracotomy due to various reasons
