Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 18 years old Patients with acute brain injury (including traumatic brain injury, hemorrhagic stroke, ischemic stroke, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage) Patients with acute circulatory failure (mean arterial pressure =65mmHg and/or systolic blood pressure =90mmHg and/or hyperlactatemia =2mmol/L and/or vasoactive drugs are used to maintain blood pressure)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute brain herniation caused by severe brain injury Intracranial pressure greater than 22mmHg Cerebral perfusion pressure lower than 60mmHg Acoustic window of the brain (temporal window) is poorly transparent, unable to perform effective transcranial Doppler ultrasonography Abdominal hypertension (intra-abdominal pressure = 15mmHg) Acute right heart failure (transthoracic echocardiography shows that the right ventricle is enlarged (end-diastolic basal segment diameter = 4.1 cm, right ventricle/left ventricular end-diastolic diameter ratio = 0.7), right ventricular systolic function is reduced (tricuspid valve ring systolic displacement =1.6cm), with/without tricuspid regurgitation, pulmonary hypertension, dilated inferior vena cava) Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis Pregnant or lactating women
