Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Conform to the western medicine diagnostic criteria of ITP. ( 2 ) Clinical classification is persistent ITP, chronic ITP. ( 3 ) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome, ( or ) and blood stasis syndrome. ( 4 ) Age 1 ~ 16 years old. ( 5 ) The bleeding grade and the corresponding bleeding degree were 0-3. ( 6 ) PLT < 30 × 109 / L within 48 hours before enrollment, or accompanied by bleeding symptoms or signs. ( 7 ) Patients who discontinued glucocorticoids for more than 1 week and still met the above inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine. ( 8 ) The person or the legal guardian of the subject agrees and has signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Those who are allergic to the test drug, or do not receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment, or have contraindications to the test drug. ( 2 ) Patients who had no response to previous hormone therapy. ( 3 ) There are cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney function damage, coagulation dysfunction. ( 4 ) Combined with severe infection, DIC, sepsis, fever, peptic ulcer, etc. ( 5 ) Congenital immunodeficiency or other serious primary diseases. ( 6 ) Clinical subjects who are receiving other drugs.
