Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-term primipara of pregnancy,Vaginal trial labor 2. 18-35 years old 3.Normal extrapelvic measurements ,Head-basin matching 4.No serious pregnancy complications, obstetrical abnormality and history of cesarean section. 5.Obtain informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of alcohol dependence and other addictive drugs 2.With Chronic pain and other related diseases 3.Indications for cesarean section 4.History of severe mental illness and depression 5.Severe respiratory diseases and hepatorenal failure
