45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Individuals aged 20-55; ? There is no previous history of spinal or lower limb injuries or fractures, and there is no disease or discomfort in the spine, hip, knee, ankle, or other parts; ? All patients voluntarily participated in this study, read and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who do not meet the selection criteria; ? Individuals with abnormal skeletal development; ? Patients who have undergone previous bone surgery on the spine and lower limbs; ? Individuals with poor overall condition and severe damage to the functions of important organs such as the heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, and hematopoietic function; ? Individuals with disabilities or mental and neurological disorders who are unable to cooperate; ? Patients who have recently received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunosuppressive therapy, and anticoagulant therapy; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Individuals who are unable to tolerate or have a high risk of radiation testing due to other reasons; ? Patients who are participating in other clinical research projects.
