Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Association of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) grade or grade, New York Society of Cardiology (New York Heart Association, NYHA) cardiac function grade I, height 155~175 cm, weight 55~95kg, regular contractions in the palace mouth 1-3cm voluntary epidural labor analgesia, no cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, mental disease, deformity, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy-related diseases (such as gestational diabetes, induced hypertension and preeclampsia), induction of labor, body mass index> 40 kg/m2, spinal anesthesia contraindications, require labor analgesia pain visual analog score (VAS) 3, increase the risk of cesarean section conditions (such as borderline placenta previa, uterine fibroids, uterine fibroid removal history, etc.)
