Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 or above; (2) Karnofsky score =70; (3) Plan to receive 3-4 cycles of 80mg/m neoadjuvant/adjuvant paclitaxel liposome chemotherapy; (3) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) known metastatic breast cancer; (2) The presence of peripheral neuropathy within 28 days after the screening consent; (3) Current use of antineuropathic pain drugs, such as gabapentin, pregabalin, or duloxetine.
