Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be at least 18 years old; The patients were admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2018 to January 2022. Patients who had undergone surgery that met modified Johns Hopkins criteria for class II or III; Patients with complete pre - and post-operative serum creatinine data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery; Preoperative CKD stage 5; The second operation was performed within 1 week after operation. Patients who were deemed by the investigator to be ineligible for participation in the study.
