Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer; ? Female gender, aged =18 years; ? Staged as II-III according to the 8th edition of AJCC/UICC staging (T1-4N1-3M0); ? Received neoadjuvant systemic therapy following the treatment protocol in accordance with NCCN guidelines; ? Availability of complete preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound images after neoadjuvant therapy; ? No concomitant other malignancies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Incomplete information or images; ?Unqualified MRI images; ?Distant metastasis at first event; ?Previous history of breast cancer or another malignancy; ?Bilateral breast cancer; ?Absence of pathological results.

Postoperative axillary lymph node pathology results;Evaluate the predictive accuracy of the constructed artificial intelligence model in test cohorts;Local recurrence of patients at two years postoperatively;

Establish a database and utilize various medical data for training the artificial intelligence model;
