Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion Criteria (1) Age: 18-80 years old; (2) West China Hospital of Sichuan University was diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma, (3) After laparoscopic exploration, it was confirmed that it was locally advanced gastric cancer (cT3-4a, N-/+, M0), and decided to receive preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy. (4) The therapist has clear consciousness, can eat normally by mouth, and has no complications such as perforation, bleeding, or obstruction. (5) Those who understand the purpose and content of the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion Criteria (1) Simultaneous or accompanied malignant tumours of other tissues and organs; (2) hypersensitivity to selected nutritional preparations; (3) There is an uncontrolled mental illness that is unable to cooperate or is unwilling to participate in the trial; (4) Acute and chronic obstruction of the digestive tract (including pyloric obstruction). (5) Short bowel syndrome; (6) Inflammatory bowel disease, chronic constipation or diarrhoea, pregnancy; (7) The patient has abnormal liver and kidney function (alanine aminotransferase ALT= 2 times the upper limit of normal value; Total bilirubin Tbil = 2 times the upper limit of normal value; creatinine Cr =2 times the upper limit of normal); (8) The patient has hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism;
