8 Years to 12 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.0<myopia degree<-6.0D and astigmatism<2.0D in both eyes 2.8-12 years old 3. Children and parents are vonlunteer for this research and won't move to other cities within 2 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. best corrected visual acuity less than 1.0 2.Secondary myopia (such as myopia induced by Marfan syndrome, microspherophakia, uveitis) 3.Ocular trauma 4.Patients with cataract,glaucoma (including family history of glaucoma),keratoconus,optic neuropathy,retina diseases and any other genetic eye diseases (such as Stargart disease) 5. Systematic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes and nephropathy) 6.Patients with atropine contraindication (such as being allergic to atropine, high IOP ) 7.Patients that being using orthokeratology lenses, RGP or myopic defocus glasses 8.Patients that will move to other cities within 2 years
