Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 50 years of age and admitted to the Hebei Provincial People's Hospital for complete chest CT were included in the randomly selected inpatients of the hospital. Patients with complete medical records were included. Patients who consented to the collection of serologic specimens were included in secondary subgroups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients with moderate, severe and critically ill infections, patients with previous interstitial lung diseases, connective tissue-related diseases, patients with risk factors for interstitial lung changes (e.g., use of amiodarone, bleomycin, methotrexate, carbamazepine, etc., and tumor radiation and radiotherapy), patients with previous use of antifibrotic drugs (e.g., pirfenidone, nidazepam), patients with unclear previous SARS-CoV-2 infections and unclear descriptions of their symptoms and course of the disease, and patients with missed telephone calls.
