Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recipients of liver transplantation in children aged 0-6 years; 2) The first operation; 3) No history of immunosuppressant and hormone use within 1 year;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with severe lesions or functional abnormalities of other organs; 2) Different postoperative immunosuppression regiments; 3) Children judged by other clinicians to be unsuitable for this study; 4) No follow-up conditions;
