Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Meet the above diagnostic criteria for postpartum low back pain; (2)Back pain occurs between 42 days and 2 years after delivery; (3) Age 20-45 years; (4)Mean NRS pain score (scale range 0-10) =3 and =8 in the past week (5)Those who do not have localized skin breakdown, edema or petechiae, and those whose abdominal cesarean section surgical scar has not healed; (6)Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form after a full explanation of the purpose and procedures of this clinical trial and any risks and potential adverse effects of this trial procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had any of the following conditions: (1) patients with lumbar spine deformity, spinal stenosis, laminar cleft, fracture, osteoporosis and other bone diseases; (2) those who participated in other experimental interventions for low back pain within 2 weeks; (3) pregnancy status or planned parenthood during the trial; (4) low back pain caused by malignant tumor, cancer pain metastasis, gynecology, gynecological surgery, organ lesions or tuberculosis; (5) patients with serious heart, lung, brain, blood system diseases and diabetes; (6) Unable to complete the basic course of treatment, poor compliance, unable to adhere to the guiding principles and difficult follow-up.
