Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinically diagnosed patients with post-hepatitis or alcoholic cirrhosis decompensated stage; 2) accompanied by laboratory findings or clinical symptoms and signs related to hypersplenism; 3) It may be combined with esophageal and gastric varices or a history of venous gastrointestinal bleeding; 4) The Child-Pugh score of liver function was A/B grade; 5) No portal vein thrombosis; 6) No diabetes, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and other serious organ diseases; 7) Good clinical compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Other specific types of cirrhosis; 2) Liver function Child-Pugh grade C; 3) Cirrhosis with primary or secondary malignant tumors of the liver; 4) Portal vein system stenosis or occlusion; 5) Formation of portal vein thrombosis or cancer thrombus; 6) Natural gastrorenal or spleno-renal shunt; 7) History of chronic hypertension, diabetes or pancreatitis; 8) Serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 9) Have blood system diseases; 10) Previous history of endoscopic treatment for esophageal and gastric varices, interventional treatment of liver and spleen and surgical operations; 11) History of abdominal trauma; 12) Combined with medium to large amounts of ascites or refractory ascites; 13) Spontaneous peritonitis, etc.
