Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension according to the China Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines 2018 b) age =18 years old and =75 years old c) owning smart phones and having the ability to use smart devices d) local resident population, voluntarily participating in this study and receiving 2-year follow-up e) signing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) had participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of the study b) systolic blood pressure =180, and/or diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg at admission c) uremia and creatinine >250umol/l; Patients with a history of acute heart disease in the past three months d) patients with terminal diseases such as malignant tumors e) patients with severe cognitive impairment (severe loss of hearing and vision), psychiatric history, anxiety disorder or depression, and unable to take care of themselves f) patients with severe diabetes (HBA1C >11%) g) patients with more serious heart valvular disease and cardiomyopathy, Patients with cardiac dysfunction (unstable condition, may be frequently hospitalized) h) Patients with atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block and other arrhythmias that may affect the work of the electronic blood pressure monitor or patients with life-threatening arrhythmias i) arm circumference >35cm or <26cm, Unable to normally use the existing cuff j) spouse or relative has been included in the study k) pregnant or lactating women l) living in irregular, or often long-term away
