Propofol injection pain

Interventions

Group paracetamol:Subjects will receive intravenous paracetamol 1000mg within 15 minutes when preparing for anesthesia.
Group lidocaine:During anesthesia induction, lidocaine 40mg and 1/4 induction dose of propofol (2mg/kg) are simultaneously administered.
Group saline:During anesthesia induction, saline 2 ml and 1/4 induction dose of propofol (2mg/kg) are simultaneously administered.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective ambulatory surgery 2.Aged 18-50 years 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic pain 2.Impaired liver or kidney function 3.Who had a known allergy to paracetamol,propofol or lidocaine 4.Who had taken analgesics or sedatives drugs in the previous 24 hours
