Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients and family caregivers should meet the following inclusion criteria: Patient: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of end-stage renal disease in the guidelines for screening, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease and receive HD treatment; (2) Patients with regular HD 1-3 times a week; (3) Age =60 years old; Family caregivers: (1) Being the spouse, children or other family members of the patient; (2) The time for carrying out care activities is more than 6 months (if the care time is equivalent, the patient will designate one of the people closest to the patient); (3) Age =18 years old; (4) Good reading comprehension and communication skills; (5)Zarit care burden score =21.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients or family caregivers who meet one of the following criteria are excluded. Patients: those with serious arrhythmia, cerebral hemorrhage, malignant tumor, heart failure, mental illness, etc. Family caregivers: (1) Attending or having participated in relevant training; (2) The daily care time is less than 6 hours.
