Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All nurses in the hematology department of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Inclusion criteria: ? Registered nurses with at least 1 year of work experience; ? Nurses who are interested in and voluntarily participate in this study. (2) Fifty patients admitted to the hospital from November 2023 to June 2026. Inclusion criteria: ? Patients requiring intermittent short-term non-stimulating drug therapy; ? Age =18 years old; ? Peripheral vascular assessment grade II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) All nurses in the hematology department of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Exclusion criteria: ? Trainees, interns, or those who have left their positions for various reasons during the research period; ? Non-responsible nursing staff. (2) Fifty patients admitted to the hospital from November 2023 to June 2026. Exclusion criteria: ? Those unable to cooperate or refuse participation; ? Patients with communication difficulties. Elimination criteria: Participants who withdraw from the study midway or are lost to follow-up due to various reasons.
