Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of Pulmonary Thromboembolism", at least one of the following four criteria should be met: 1) Direct evidence of pulmonary artery thrombosis detected by CTPA; 2) Those with high likelihood of lung nuclide ventilation/perfusion (V/Q) scanning results; 3) Magnetic resonance pulmonary angiography (MRPA) shows pulmonary artery thrombosis and hypoperfusion zone; 4) Patients diagnosed by pulmonary angiography; (2) Age greater than 18 years old; (3) The patient's clinical data information is complete;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hemodynamic disorders at admission (i.e. high-risk APE patients): According to the 2019 ESC guidelines, hemodynamic disorders are defined as having one of the following three manifestations: 1) requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 2) If the systolic blood pressure is less than 90mmHg or if the volume is sufficient, vasoactive drugs need to be maintained above 90mmHg; 3) A decrease in systolic blood pressure of = 40mmHg and lasting for more than 15 minutes; (2) Patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension; (3) Patients who have not collected troponin values within 24 hours of admission or have not completed TTE within 48 hours; (4) Patients with acute myocardial infarction and severe liver and kidney failure; (5) Patients who have undergone thrombolysis or thrombectomy treatment before admission:
