35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Stroke patients were all in line with the diagnostic criteria 2019 of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China; ? Diagnosis was made by craniocerebral CT or MRI; ? Clear consciousness, normal listening and understanding, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >17; ? Course of disease from 1 week to 6 months; ? Age 35-80 years old; ? Patients with upper limb dysfunction and Brunnstrom stage II to IV; ? Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Shoulder, elbow, wrist mobility disorders caused by trauma, soft tissue injury, fracture, periarthritis of shoulder, joint contracture, etc.; ? with other neurological and mental diseases; ? Serious cardiopulmonary disease.
