Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age = 18 years,and =90years 2: Modified Barthel Index score = 60 in the 2 weeks prior to ICU admission. 3: Meeting the criteria for critical illness, with an Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE II) score = 10. 4: Clinical condition has received standardized diagnosis and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Unstable cardiovascular and respiratory system, such as acute myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmias. 2: Unstable musculoskeletal system, such as unstable fractures, joint dislocations. 3: Unstable neurological system, such as those with increased intracranial pressure requiring strict bed rest. 4: Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairments, hearing impairments, or other factors that prevent them from cooperating. 5: Patients who are unwilling to undergo exercise therapy.
