Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From October 2023 to May 2024, patients aged > 18 years who underwent prostatectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Patients with ASA classification I-III; 3. The informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative history of neurological and psychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis); 2. The patient with a history of alcohol abuse; 3. The patient with a history of craniocerebral trauma and surgery or a history of craniocerebral tumors; 4. The patient with visual and hearing impairments and communication difficulties; 5. The patient with simplified mental state scale (MMSE score) less than 15; 6. The patient with severe cardiovascular, liver or renal problems or with the preoperative American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA classfication) greater than level III; 7. The patient who has internal metallic implants or has electronic implants; 8. Participated in or is currently participating in other clinical studies 3 months before enrollment.
