Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke, and the first cerebral infarction or cerebral haemorrhage was confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; ? Accompanied by dysphagia was confirmed by clinical symptoms and Puddle Drinking Test; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? Consciousness and ability to cooperate in completing the relevant assessment and training; ? Onset time was 1-6 months; ? Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?history of dysphagia prior to admission; ? previous disease or procedure (e.g., surgery or radiotherapy) or medical condition that may affect swallowing function, such as acute pulmonary embolism or myocardial infarction; ? patients with tracheotomy intubation at the time of assessment; ?organic pharyngeal lesions; ?previous diagnosis of neurodegenerative disease that may affect swallowing, such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or multiple generalised dystrophies; ?recurrent strokes; ?recent low-saturation respiratory events.
