Interventions
Control:Intervene with patients as needed.
Intervention group:The palliative care nurse actively discusses with the patient and the treating physician important changes in each score and the corresponding treatment options.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient was diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (inoperable) within 8 weeks. ECOG PS score is less than or equal to 2 points; (0, no symptoms; 1, symptomatic but fully ambulate; 2. Time in bed with symptoms < 50%) Patients can read Chinese and answer questions in Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient had received one or more palliative care consultations at any time, or had received one palliative care consultation within 6 months before diagnosis or disease progression. Oncologists and psychologists judge patients for cognitive impairment. Patients were unwilling or unable to comply with the study protocol requirements.
