Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18 and 80 2. scheduled for annual body check 3. healthy and able to complete the forced vital capacity maneuver 4. willing to participate the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History or clinical signs of lung diseases such as cancer (PS score>2), COPD (mMRC score>3), Asthma (ACQ-6 score>1.5), pneumonia (CURB-65 score>2). 2. Any contraindication for the use of EIT (pacemaker, automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator, and implantable pumps) 3. Forced expiratory volume at 1 second < 80% predicted
