Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the time between minimum postprandial glucose concentration of interstitial fluid and low insulin index snack eaten is less than 4h.;The ratio of serum insulin at the time of minimum iGlu and preprandial serum insulin < 125%;Serum insulin 15 minutes after IGlu valley time;C-peptide concentration 15 minutes after IGlu valley time;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pre meal iGlu;After meal iGlu;IGlu peak time blood glucose;IGlu peak time serum insulin ;IGlu peak time C-peptide concentration ;IGlu valley time blood glucose;IGlu valley time serum insulin ;IGlu valley time C-peptide concentration ;Blood glucose15 minutes after IGlu valley time;
