Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent residents (residence time = six months) in Gansu Province, 3-5-year-old preschool children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who did not cooperate during oral examination and those with missing clinical or questionnaire information.
