65 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) 65 years old = Age = 79years old ,regardless of gender; b) Patients scheduled for elective endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; c) ASA grade ? ~ ?(coronary heart disease); d) BMI 18-30kg/m2; e) Voluntary signing of Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) The estimated length of hospital stay is less than 48h; b) Body mass index (BMI) 30kg/ m2; c) Severe cardiopulmonary function impairment (such as moderate and severe valvular heart disease, ejection fraction <55%, severe hypertension grade III, various arrhythmias requiring pacemaker installation, acute myocardial infarction, severe heart failure, severe lung dysfunction, etc.); d) Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, pyloric obstruction, gastric content retention, esophageal stenosis and dysphagia easily induced reflux aspiration; e) Patients who are allergic to related drugs, have a history of alcoholism and drug dependence; f) Taking sedative and analgesic drugs such as diazepam and opioids 24 hours before medication; g) craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage h) There were obvious dehydration and electrolyte disturbance after prolonged fasting before surgery; i) Mallampati airway grade ? ~ ?, indicating patients with difficult airways; j) Other investigators believe that the patient is not suitable to participate in the experiment;
