65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-75, regardless of gender; 2. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 3. Grading of knee arthritis is 2-3 (Kelgren-Lawrence grade); 4. Those who accept the treatment methods designed and used in this study and sign the informed consent form; 5. Good compliance and willing to cooperate with long-term follow-up; 6, clear consciousness, language communication skills and no cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, do not meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patients who take hormones to treat related diseases; 3. Patients who have undergone total hysterectomy or/and double appendectomy and radical prostatectomy in the past; 4. Patients with knee injuries, infectious diseases and skin diseases such as tuberculosis, tumor and fracture of the knee joint, for example, patients with severe skin ulcers and defects or rheumatic diseases; 5. Patients with peripheral nerve and blood vessel injury and ligament rupture at the same time; 6. Patients with knee osteoarthritis who have had artificial total knee replacement in the past; 7. Those with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency; 8. Those who can't complete the proposed treatment plan as planned or can't complete the follow-up plan;
