18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, age 18-70 years; 2, ASA class I-III; 3, BMI = 30 kg/m2; 4, patients or their legal guardians agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, symptoms of pulmonary infection within the last 2 weeks; 2, severe lung disease, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, asthma, pneumothorax, history of previous chest surgery such as lobectomy; 3, severe cardiovascular disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4, preoperative oxygen saturation = 90%; 5, intraoperative inability to maintain oxygenation using ventilation strategies, persistent hypoxemia (SpO2 = 90% or PaO2 = 60 mmhg); 6, unstable vital signs, including shock or severe arrhythmias; 7, patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 8, those who are deemed unsuitable for clinical trials for other reasons by the investigators
