Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 2. No gender limitation 3.ASA?~? grade 4. Normal cognitive function 5. Single valve replacement with thoracotomy was performed 6.BMI 18.5 ~ 25 kg/m2 7. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated coronary artery disease 2. A history of drug use 3. You have a mental disorder 4. Long-term use of painkillers 5. Complicated with severe liver, kidney and brain dysfunction 6. Allergies to medications or other contraindications
