18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained the approval and consent of the medical Ethics Committee of the hospital, and signed the informed consent; 2.aged 18-85 years old; 3.ASA anesthesia grade I-III; 4.Elective upper abdominal open surgery with oblique subcostal incision under general anesthesia was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30kg/m2; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Allergy to study drugs; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and previous pain syndrome; 5. Patients with opioid dependence and long-term use of analgesics; 6. Patients with contraindications to nerve block; 7. Patients with severe mental illness who are unable to communicate. 8. Coagulation dysfunction or use of anticoagulant drugs; 9, patients enrolled in other trials.
