Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for obesity type PCOS and insulin resistance in Hefei; (2) Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation belongs to the spleen deficiency phlegm dampness type; (3) Age = 14 years old and = 49 years old; (4) Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who also suffer from other serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; (2) Previously or currently diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and severe depression; (3) Taking other medications that affect this treatment within the past month; (4) There are contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion, such as scar constitution, skin sensory disorders, etc; (5) Those who have fertility requirements within 3 months of treatment; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
