Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged =18 years old who can cooperate with the treatment normally; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria proposed in the 2021 Expert consensus on the management of post-stroke cognitive Impairment; ? First stroke confirmed by imaging examination; ? Patients complained or caregivers reported cognitive decline after stroke, and the MoCA scale was judged as mild and above cognitive impairment; ? Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Previous cognitive impairment, not caused by stroke; ? Complicated with other serious diseases or diseases with poor prognosis; ? Unstable condition after stroke; ? Patients unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training due to other reasons.
