Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? type 2 diabetes group: patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus whose blood glucose is not controlled by diet and exercise. Type 2 diabetes mellitus was diagnosed according to the 1999 WHO criteria; ? simple obesity group: BMI = 28kg/m2; ? normal control people. All subjects need to meet the age of 18-75 years old, male or female; no serious diseases of various systems (see the details of the post-discharge criteria or withdrawal criteria); able to understand and willing to strictly comply with the clinical trial protocol to complete the trial, and voluntarily sign the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for weight loss surgery: refer to the Chinese Surgical Guidelines for Obesity and Type 2 diabetes (2019) ? BMI = 37.5kg/m2; 32.5 = BMI<37.5, recommended surgery; 27.5 = BMI < 32.5, difficult to control after lifestyle changes and medical treatment, and meeting at least 2 components of metabolic syndrome, or with comorbidities, surgery can be considered after comprehensive evaluation ?Men with a waist circumference of = 90 cm and women with a waist circumference of = 85 cm, with reference to imaging examinations indicating central obesity, can increase the surgical recommendation level as appropriate after extensive consultation with the multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment collaboration group (MDT) ?The recommended age for surgery is 16-65 years old ?Patients understand the methods of weight loss surgery; Risk of undergoing surgery and postoperative complications; And willing to actively cooperate with postoperative follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Definitely diagnosed as non obese type 1 diabetes. ? Pancreatic islets in patients with the purpose of treating T2DM ß The cell function has basically lost. ? For patients with BMI<25.0, surgery is currently not recommended. ? Pregnancy diabetes and some special types of diabetes patients. ? Abuse of drugs or alcohol addiction or suffering from uncontrollable mental illness. ? Individuals with intellectual disabilities or immaturity and inability to control their behavior ?Those who have unrealistic expectations for surgery ?Those who are unwilling to bear the risk of potential complications during surgery ?Those who cannot cooperate with changes in postoperative diet and lifestyle habits, and have poor compliance ?Individuals with poor overall condition and difficulty tolerating general anesthesia or surgery.
