Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologic diagnosis of rectal cancer, after anterior resection and ileostomy closure; 2. Age 18~75 years old;. 3. Compliance with LARS diagnosis and LARS scale score =21 points; 4. Expected survival time = 6 months; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal defecation caused by drugs, infections, or other diseases (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome, radiation enteritis, central nervous system injury, etc.); 2. Coagulation dysfunction or severe systemic diseases; 3. Combined anastomotic stenosis, anastomotic fistula/leakage, anastomotic bleeding, intestinal perforation and other postoperative complications or local tumor recurrence; 4. Those who have intellectual disability or psychiatric history that unable to cooperate; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
