Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The patient is =16 years old and =75 years old; ? The patients or guardians sign the informed consent for lung transplantation; ? The patients meet one of the following conditions: A. Bridge to transplantation: after active treatment, potential lung transplant recipients with difficult to improve hypoxemia, hypercapnia and right heart failure receive respiratory support in the ICU while awaiting lung transplantation; B. Intraoperative and postoperative supportive therapy for lung transplantation: patients are transferred to the ICU for postoperative treatment after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who explicitly refuse to provide medical information; Other conditions that the investigators believe that patients are inappropriate to participate in the study
