Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke diagnosis confirmed by CT or MRI. 2.First stroke with unilateral lesion. 3.MoCA score < 26. 4.Age 30-80 years old,gender is not limited. 5.Stable vital signs. 6.Volunteer to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs. 2.craniectomy or Intracranial metal implants. 3.Presence of metallic implants such as pacemakers and cochlear implants 4.Severe heart and lung diseases,multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, history of epilepsy, etc. 5.Pre-stroke cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, dementia and Mild cognitive impairment. 6.Cognitive impairment caused by other reasons, such as alcohol and drug abuse. 7.Unable to cooperate due to other reasons.
