Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This cohort study selected 1,521 pregnant women >= 35 weeks who delivered at Nanjing Lishui People's Hospital (NJLSPH) from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, who had established a file in the hospital, followed up in the outpatient clinic during pregnancy, and were able to extract data from the hospital's electronic medical record system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of late serum A/G deficiency; 2. Twin pregnancies; 3. Cases of maternal blood group deficiency.
