Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-26 years old, Regular life and normal eating habits (those who eat less snacks are prohibited from drinking and smoking during the trial period); Women require regular menstruation (menstruation will not occur during the test); BMI18.5-24; Normal physical examination.No significant change in weight (within 6 months, weight fluctuation<5%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insomnia and easily nervous; The results of blood routine examination, liver function (alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, each index below 60U), renal function (creatinine, urea nitrogen), blood pressure, blood glucose, thyroid hormones (T3, T4) and thyrotropin (TSH) are not within the normal range.
