Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with atopic dermatitis: ? Hanifin Rajka diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis were met; ? No limit on age, male or female; ? AD patients who need to use biological agents/JAK inhibitors after normal outpatient diagnosis and treatment, and agree to participate in this study and sign; ? No intestinal and other allergic diseases; ? No antibiotics were taken within one month before enrollment, and probiotics or probiotics were not used within one month before the start of the test; ? No yoghurt, pickles or cheese were consumed within 3 days before sample collection; Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: ? Patients with no history of eczema or other autoimmune skin diseases; ? Age and gender are not limited; ? No intestinal or other allergic diseases; ? I did not take any antibiotics within one month before enrollment, and did not use probiotics or probiotic preparations within one month before the start of the experiment; ? Not consuming yogurt, kimchi, or cheese within 3 days prior to sample collection;

Pregnancy or lactation; ? Patients with autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases; ? Serious hereditary skin diseases and serious health problems that may confuse AD diagnosis or rash judgment; ? Allergic to any component of biological agents or JAK inhibitors; Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: ? Patients who cannot cooperate with specimen retention and follow-up; ? Patients with unqualified specimen retention; ? Pregnancy or lactation period;
