Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Older than 18 years ? Patients with partial remission of reflux symptoms after receiving standard doses of PPI and/or patients with erosive esophagitis indicated by esophagoscopy and/or 24h esophageal PH-impedance monitoring suggested the presence of gastroesophageal reflux disease ? Patients did not change their GERD treatment regimen within 30 days (including no medication or no change in medication use within 30 days) ? Typical gastroesophageal reflux symptoms (regurgitation, heartburn) have been present for at least 2 days per week for the past 3 months ? Hiatal hernia= 2cm ? Understand and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Active severe erosive esophagitis (Los Angeles C or D) ?Barrett's Esophagus ?Combined with digestive ulcer, suspected or confirmed malignant tumor, or other warning symptoms ?history of gastric or oesophageal surgery ?Esophageal motility disorders, eosinophilic esophagitis, digestive tract obstruction, ischemic heart disease ?Serious abnormalities of heart, liver, kidney function, hematopoietic system, mental illness or other serious co-existing diseases ?Women who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during the trial ?Received acupuncture treatment for gastroesophageal reflux within the past 6 months ?Participate in other clinical studies within 1 month
